But that was definitely ignored, because Milton showed the qualities of a bonafide professional, including placing booties on his work shoes once he came inside the house. He wasted no time in going to work: he realized what was the problem and fixed it very quickly within 15 minutes. Milton came across as polite, knowledgeable and focused. I contacted Quality about replacing my garage door opener. After discussing the pros and cons of different models, I decided on one and Milton was available to install it the same afternoon. He was terrific. Not only did he install the new unit and leave my garage spotless , he also tightened all the bolts on my old garage door and taught my car to operate the new unit. Milton from Quality Garage Doors was professional, courteous, seemed genuinely honest, knowledgeable, and most importantly, valued TIME. He texted to let me know he would be running 6 min late, which I really appreciated. I initially called him to give me an estimate on torsion spring replacement. After talking to him, I decided to have him do the work. I was very happy with his work. He did the work in 30-45 minutes. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra that I did not need. He provided helpful maintenance tips. He even fixed/re-enforced the garage door arm that wasn’t installed correctly by adding a straight piece to the curved arm. So overall, I would definitely recommend Milton/Quality Garage Doors to my family and friends.
